Spontaneous Recovery From Severe Encephalitis Involving Cerebellar Gray Matter

Abstract

We report a case of cerebellitis displaying a severe neurologic onset but with spontaneous recovery, challenging the use of immunomodulatory treatment. (J Child Neurol 2000;15:483-484).
