Cet article étudie les causes probables de l'achat compulsif chez les consommateurs, propose un cadre conceptuel pour expliquer le phénomène et développe une échelle de mesure appropriée. Les résultats de l'analyse témoignent de la fidélité et de la validité de l'échelle qui a été administrée à 76 consommateurs.
