In the past 6 years we have performed fat transplantation in 236 male and female genitals. Fat is extracted from a donor area, usually the abdomen, and then decanted. The shaft of the male penis or, in females, the labia and pubis, are injected with the fat through small cannulas. Results have been quite satisfactory.
