Fat transfer to enhance buttocks is becoming a popular procedure. The process of transferring a large amount of fat to the tissue is tedious, time consuming, and at times, cumbersome8. Additionally, it requires more staff and a lot of supplies. This paper presents an innovative method to harvest the fat using a power assisted system in a sterile closed canister. Subsequently, the fat is transferred to the desired tissue using the same power assisted system. This method is safe, effective, economic, time efficient and provides less risk of infection than the traditional method.
