Abstract
The purpose of this qualitative case study was to examine the lived experiences of 15 students from the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary who were trained to use inductive people-helping questions in human interactions. Participants shared their perceptions of the usefulness of inductive questioning in interpersonal helping.
