Many faith-based organizations are augmenting their operations using virtual ministry teams. The purpose of this research is to examine the biblical framework for virtual teams in Christian ministry and explore the concept of nonvirtual team dynamics translating into virtual Christian team environments. There is a biblical framework for ministry teams throughout Scripture. Love, unity, connectivity, trust, and communication are all dynamics that transcend traditional environments and can apply to virtual ministry teams.
