Abstract
Part 2 of 2. This study explores the essential traits for effective leadership in multiethnic evangelical churches in the United States using Krispin's leader development outcomes framework. Part 2 of the series examines the desired outcomes of leadership development programs among these churches. A questionnaire derived from Krispin's framework was distributed to multiethnic churches with successful leadership development programs. The findings offer insights into the knowledge, skills, and character qualities these churches consider crucial for future multiethnic church leadership. This article details the project's methodology, research findings, and discusses their implications.
