Abstract
This article summarizes the findings of a phenomenological qualitative research study that examined intergenerationality in faith communities through interviews with fifteen leaders in four congregations that practice intentional intergenerational ministry. The article describes the four congregations' journeys toward intentional intergenerational ministry, the role of leadership in intergenerational ministry, perceived congregational benefits, guidance for implementing intergenerationality, and cautions regarding obstacles to implementing intergenerational ministry.
