Post,Times Highlight Government's War Efforts

Abstract

This study examined the coverage of the 9/11 terrorist attacks by The New York Times and The Washington Post in the four weeks following the attacks. The researcher found that the newspapers highlighted efforts to retaliate against terrorists and to prepare for the war against terrorism.
