Abstract
For the seventh consecutive year, the Review presents a selective survey of reported federal court decisions in the area of correctional law. The following summaries are drawn from federal district court and court of appeals cases decided in 1987. The reader is reminded that these decisions do not serve as binding precedent beyond the jurisdiction of the courts which issued them. Some of the decisions are being appealed and are subject to possible modification or reversal.
