Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify supports and barriers that impacted nutrition status and physical activity in Vermont’s older adults before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a convergent parallel mixed-methods design guided by the socio-ecological model, older Vermonters participated in surveys and focus groups.
