Property Degradation of Anisotropic Composite Laminates with Matrix Cracking. Part 2: Determination of Resolved Stiffness and Numerical Study of Stiffness Degradation
The study on property degradation of damaged composite laminates is extended to anisotropic laminates with matrix cracking. In Part 2 of the paper, a solution for partitioned stiffnesses is given to complete the constitutive relations developed in Part 1. The stiffness degradation in (0,,, /90,,), cracked laminates are calculated and the results are discussed.
