In this Part of the paper a method is presented to find the improvement of damping capacity of high fiber volume fraction composites by deliberate in troduction of slip at the interface. Modified analysis of the one described in Part I of this paper for low fiber volume fraction composites is presented. It is shown that under specific combinations of parameters the loss factor can be as high as 0.12.
