Abstract
The present study gains importance through investigation of the damage analysis considering that most of the impact parameters have been undertaken experimentally. This work is focused on a qualitative and quantitative study of the low-velocity impact response of four different types of specimens with glass fabric reinforced plastics. The laminate specimens were fabricated according to the manufacturers’ recommendations. The specimens were impacted experimentally using an instrumented impact tester with a hemispherical tip.
