Abstract
Experimental investigation was conducted in order to understand the hygrothermal properties of stitched and unstitched uniweave T300/QY9512 laminates (with a hole) in this paper. The tests were conducted in a hygrothermal environment and a normal environment, respectively. Experimental results for compression, transverse impact and compression after impact of stitched and unstitched laminates were presented in this paper. The results showed that a hygrothermal environment degrades the compression properties of stitched and unstitched laminates (with a hole), and hygrothermal environment had a beneficial effect on low-velocity impact property.
