Les auteurs proposent dans cet article un inventaire destiné à une évaluation systématisée de la dangerosité des patients psychiatriques. Cet outil est décrit comme qualitatif et individualisé; son utilisation est précisée dans la clinique psychiatrique et dans le contexte des questions de prédiction de comportements violents. Les perspectives de recherche qualitive et quantitative sont évoquées également.
