A method of exploring interpersonal perceptions in relationships between dyads is described. It is an informal adaptation of a paper and pencil psychological test developed by Laing, Phillipson and Lee. For the theory of relationships as a spiral of perceptions of experienced behaviour, interested persons are referred to the recent book which presents both the theory and the test developed from it. Some general examples are given of the setting and usefulness of this item of technique.
