Abstract
The coauthor of the article, “Major Depression and Mental Health Care Utilization in Canada: 1994 to 2000” was inadvertently excluded during a revision of the manuscript prior to submission to The Canadian Journal of Psychiatry. Cynthia Beck, MD, MASc, FRCPC, Department of Psychiatry, Foothills Medical Centre, Calgary, Alberta, should have been listed as coauthor of the paper with Scott Patten. Dr. Patten and the Journal regret this error.
