The relevance of dreams to group analysis is examined on a clinical level, where the therapeutic effect of dream-analysis is demonstrated in the case of a patient suffering from agoraphobia, and on a theoretical level, where the author discusses the concept of the group dream and the structural similarities between group and dream. The rôle of the therapist and the theory are thematized.
