Training in group analysis must give the future practitioner a deeply experienced and true understanding of how groups operate and how the therapeutic dynamics in group analysis work. As to block-training situations, two questions are to be asked: 1. Is the block setting adequate to achieve a really deep understanding of the therapeutic power of group analysis? and 2. what are the specific shapes, configurations and even deficits in the experience of therapeutic factors?
