This article will give a short presentation of the median group of Patrick de Maré (1991) in its clinical application as socio-therapy and as a suitable setting in which to use the mind to disentangle dualities and to transform through dialogue the hate of being together into koinonia or fellowship. Reference is made to the theory of mind (de Maré and Schoellberger, 2002—08), clinical experiences and two research articles regarding efficacy and satisfaction.
