Part II will incorporate the results of a survey that was carried out with the aim of evaluating the training received at the Psychiatric Day Hospital of Santa Maria’s Hospital in Lisbon during its first 30 years. This was accomplished by sending a questionnaire to all the professionals who trained at this unit during the period between 1977 and 2007.
The conclusions of this research have highlighted the importance of the group analytic model in training professionals in psychiatry and mental health.
