Abstract

The author describes the characteristics of education for group analysts pertaining to supervision in the Institute of Group Analysis, Zagreb. The supervisory process extends education for group analysts. Reference is made to specific problems involving supervisory training through three phases and in which phase trainees encounter the most problems of accepting themselves in the role of group leaders rather than simply as members.
