The concerns raised were:
In Figure 3, the flow cytometry plots, reported as different cell lines (293FT and CT26) appear to be identical
In Figure 3, the gel image contains a feature that is not usually observed in these types of experimental images
In Figure 4, the Western Blots appear unusually regular and straight in their presentation
We contacted the authors for comments and access to the raw data. The authors responded, but stated they could not comply with our request because the owner of the original data, the first author, has not responded to their requests for raw data.
As the authors are unable to provide underlying raw data to verify the integrity of the concerning figures, the article is retracted.
