Urothelioma of the upper urinary tract secondary to bladder cancer is rare. In this clinical case the entire excretory tree was involved so that the therapeutic approach had to be highly aggressive and consisted of total cystectomy with right ureterocutaneostomy and subsequent left nephroureterectomy due to the serious decrease in kidney function.
