The authors describe the case of a cylindrical cell papuliferous carcinoma of the right seminal vesicle in an 84-year-old man with prostatic adenocarcinoma. The heteroplasia of the seminal vesicle was detected during instrumental staging of the prostatic neoplasm. The unusual localisation of the neoplasm stimulated the authors to review the literature, diagnostic methods and possible therapies.
