– The authors report an exceptional case of haemorrhagic paravesical mass with chronic granulomatosis and haemosiderinic deposit in a 23-year-old man. Symptomatology, diagnostic procedure, treatment and pathological appearance of the mass are described. Literature on the subject is reviewed.
