The development of laparoscopic techniques, especially those allowing the removal of large organs such as the kidney and the spleen, also made endoscopic adrenalectomy technically feasible. Several authors report on successfully performed laparoscopic adrenalectomies. We describe a paradigmatic case of right adrenalectomy in a 41-year-old female patient with Conn's disease.
