Report on: “Laparoscopy in Urology. Five years experience”. Introduction

Abstract

Laparoscopy first arrived in Urology five years ago. From modest diagnostic manoeuvres, laparoscopy has progressed to complex ablative and reconstructive procedures. In our regions many Urological Departments have developed different experiences in such procedures. The aim of this meeting is to evaluate results and to establish the correct indications of the various procedures.
