— Use of the new intraureteral metallic heat-expanding endoprosthesis (Memotherm), is a valid alternative treatment for ureteral stenosis, for which traditional endourological methods have given unsatisfactory results. A case of recurrent left pelvic ureteral stricture, treated by placing such a stent after the failure of other therapies, is reported. Technique of insertion and results are described.
