The Authors report a case of angiomyolipoma in sole surgical kidney (preceding right nephrectomy for neoplasia with re-examined diagnosis) in acute spontaneous rupture. Emergency nephrectomy has led to discussion about conservative surgery in cases of angiomyolipoma over 4 cm.
