We report the case of a 32-year-old man with penile pain during erection. Examination revealed nodular lesion at the base of the penis, which ultrasound indicated as hypoechoic. At surgical approach we found a grey nodule between the fibres of the dorsal nerve of the penis. Histological examination revealed epithelioid hemangioma.
