We present the cases two patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to illustrate the variety of urological problems that can occur in this group of malignancies. Most cases with urogenital involvement are in an advanced state of the disease and cannot be cured by operation alone. Surgery is most useful to obtain tissue for diagnosis and to preserve renal function while chemotherapy and or radiotherapy dissolves the tumour.
