Abstract
Scrotal penis was designed and performed in a case of post-traumatic penile amputation with loss of the organ and with no patent urethral meatus. The patient had been living with a suprapubic diversion for two years. Scrotal penis diversion succeeded in preserving the male character of voiding (micturition in an erect position) and hence improving the psychic condition of the patient. He developed the feeling that he has an organ of good size, through which he can point and direct the stream of urine. It has proved to be superior to the perineal and suprascrotal diversions. The author suggests considering scrotal penis as the diversion of choice in such cases.
