We present a surgical technique for the correction of stress incontinence. In our opinion, the technique is simple, devoid of complications and adequate for the purpose. We have treated seven patients with pure stress incontinence and two patients with associated bladder instability. At follow-up all the patients are well and without any urinary symptoms.
