Appropriate therapy of vesicoureteral reflux is a controversial topic. Many studies have been performed to compare medical versus surgical treatment and various operations have been described to correct vesicoureteral reflux. In recent years, endoscopic subureteral Teflon Injection has been used successfully, mostly in children. We report our positive experience in 31 adults. The procedure proved to be simple and reliable. No complications have occurred.
