A prospective study by computerized card of hyperthernia treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia

The value of hyperthermia for benign prostatic hyperplasia can be ascertained only in a prospective trial. We prepared a card to file, by computer, data concerning such a trial. The card contains data regarding the clinical story, the prostatic pathology, the treatment and the results of the treatment. Such filing system will allow a the preliminary results of the treatment to be analyzed and the design of the trial to be changed, if necessary.
