The recent expansion and acceptance of laparoscopic surgery have led us to perform urological laparoscopic procedures. We describe our experience with large renal cyst resection, spermatic vein ligation for varicocele and staging pelvic lymph node dissection for localized prostate cancer. We performed renal cyst resection in 4 patients, spermatic vein ligation for varicocele in 6 patients and pelvic lymphadenectomy in 6 patients. The procedures are effective and decrease postoperative morbility.
