— After discussing the indications of the intraurethral spiral (Urospiral Porges) in cervical-prostatic obstructions the Authors report their experience on 22 patients. The recovery of micturition was observed in all cases with flows in the lower range of normality. Complications were hematuria (1 case), spiral encrustment (1 case) and urinary incontinence (3 cases).
