The study focused on 25 patients. Functional analysis (scintigraphy, renogram, global and ipsilateral clearances) was made before treatment and 1 day and 30 days later. The clearance method was the most sensitive among the 3 methods used for functional research. It was followed by the renograph and scintigraphy. In fact, the number of unaltered functional findings was minimal in the clearance method (11%), followed by the renograph (22%) and scintigraphy (54%).
