Sur 200 cas de femmes enceintes étudiées, nous avons constaté un pourcentage élevé (27,1%) des bacteriuries asymptomatiques. L'influence de celle-ci sur le foetus est évidente puisque les nouveaux nés a une proportion de 30,7% presentent un poids corporei réduit à moins de 3.000 gr.
