Complete Duplication of Bladder,Urethra,Clitoris and Vagina Associated with Bilateral Ureteral Reflux in an Old Female Patient: Unique Case

Abstract

Complete duplication of the bladder, urethra, vaginal and clitoris is an extremely rare congenital anomaly that is usually diagnosed at pediatric age. We report an unusual case of a complete bladder, vaginal, clitoris and urethra duplication occurred in an old female patient (81 years old). This case highlighted the fact that an anatomical anomaly should be considered in all patients with persistent urinary tract problems, especially in old women, due to patients’ reluctance to consult physicians for this kind of problem.
