Sclerosing Sertoli cell tumor of the testis is a very rare neoplasm. To date only 19 cases have been reported in the literature. We present the twentieth case in a 39 year-old man treated with conservative surgery with a review of the pathological and urological literature. (Urologia 2007; 74: 37–9)
