The therapeutical hemapheresis National Registry, founded under the patronage of S.I.d.E., is now in its second year. It was set up to meet the need to gather experience from the various Italian groups dealing with hemapheresis and based on the former American and French experience; its future prospective is join to the European Unique Registry which is about to be realized. We have briefly surveyed the main points of “data collecting” and report the methods used.
