The use of TA Gestalt redecision therapy in connection with PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills), a psychoeducational course for couples and singles, is described. The specific application of redecision therapy at various stages of the course is discussed, and the effectiveness of redecision therapy is analyzed. A short transcript of a piece of redecision therapy with a couple is presented.
