The use of regressive work as a therapeutic treatment is explored through the description of a theoretical context for regressive work followed by the presentation of several case studies. Among the therapeutic issues and techniques dicussed in connection with regressive work are reparenting and rechilding. The importance of touching for therapeutic purposes is stressed, and various types of regression in therapy are covered, each with case examples.
