This article describes treatment for a case of severe depression. After describing the case and offering some general observations on the characteristics and definitions of severe depression from a TA perspective, the author discusses the therapeutic relationship and the three phases of treatment (body refound, reliability, and day-to-day life). Indications of TA techniques to be used in this process are provided.
