Describes a process training model to facilitate trainees/patricipants experiencing symbiosis as the basis for learning theory about it. Steps include identifying family members of the biological family, describing the characteristics of the family members, establishing a parallel symbiosis “here and now,” and discussing the process. Analyzes the levels at which the symbiotic process is experienced and developed, and offers role modeling by the co-trainers of a healthy relationship.
