This study explores the relationship between left/right hemisphere lateralization and ego states (Adult/Child) of transactional analysis. Fifteen right handed male subjects were evoked into ego states by an audio stimulus tape developed by this study and validated by TA experts. The EEG results were non-significant. A significant relationship did appear between the self-report of 21 subjects regarding the Adult and the left hemisphere.
