Fun after 50 with TA is a mental health education program for older people. The goal is to use TA theory and exercises to fortify coping skills and enhance self-esteem, life satisfaction and the enjoyment of living.
The program focuses on use of the Adult as executive for problem-solving and decision-making, as well as for decontamination and redecision.
On-going evaluation over a six-year period indicates that program goals and student objectives are being met to a significant extent.
